You are being contacted because a balance remains outstanding in relation to HMRC or claims services previously carried out on your behalf.
Those services were originally provided by Quickly Finance Limited (trading as Fast Track Reclaim), acting as your appointed agent at the time. The balance arises from fees due under the terms agreed when you signed up for those services.
The outstanding balance has since been legally assigned to EDMC Legal Limited T/a RMZ Law (RMZ Law), who are now responsible for dealing with the account and collecting payment.
Your claim may have related to one or more of the following:
The specific details of your claim were confirmed at the time the service was carried out and in correspondence issued following completion of the work.
You originally signed up for a claim or tax rebate via a third-party introducer website, such as GetBack.tax.
That website acted as an introducer only. The underlying claims or HMRC work was carried out by Fast Track Reclaim, which was the trading name of Quickly Finance Limited at the time.
In many cases, clients may not have dealt directly with Fast Track Reclaim during the process, as the introducer handled the initial sign-up. However, Fast Track Reclaim was the company responsible for processing the claim, liaising with HMRC or relevant institutions, and securing the outcome under the agreed terms.
Regardless of the website used to sign up, the terms and conditions you accepted applied to the service provider carrying out the work.
Those terms included a success-based (contingent) fee, meaning a fee became payable once a refund, rebate, or redress was successfully obtained.
The balance now being pursued relates to that agreed fee for work completed on your behalf.
Yes. Before any claim or HMRC work was undertaken, you were required to review and accept the applicable Terms and Conditions as part of the sign-up process.
Acceptance was provided electronically and formed a binding agreement, which included:
The terms were presented to you during sign-up, either:
These terms governed the work undertaken and the fee payable once the service was successfully completed.
The outstanding balance has been legally assigned to EDMC Legal Limited t/a RMZ Law.
This means RMZ Law is now the legal owner of the outstanding debt and is responsible for administering the account, handling correspondence, and collecting payment of the balance that remains due.
If instalment options are available for your account, details will have been included in the email sent to you.
Please refer to that email for payment options and instructions.
Yes. All payments are processed using secure, encrypted payment providers that comply with UK data security standards.
RMZ Law does not store card or bank details, and all transactions are handled safely.
It is common for clients introduced via third-party websites not to immediately recognise the service provider's trading name.
At the time your claim was processed, Fast Track Reclaim was the trading name used by Quickly Finance Limited, which carried out the work under the terms you accepted.
RMZ Law is now dealing with the account following assignment.
If you believe there is an issue with the balance or require clarification, please contact us in writing quoting your reference number.
This allows us to review the account and respond appropriately.
